Kraft Comm Classes Celebrate a Multimedia Extravaganza

The end of the semester brings joy and sadness for me, as I appreciate all the work that has been done but know I will miss the students who did the work as they move on.

That is certainly true of the students in 4221, many of whom are graduating seniors, and who have worked all semester on a capstone multimedia project.

We had the chance to view some of them on Tuesday, and they were fantastic.

We were especially honored to welcome Ohio State Police Chief Paul Denton, who had a special interest in one project on the mounted police unit. Hope you will check it out, and view some of the other projects found at right under the category: Enterprise Reporting Final Projects.

This week News Design students will showcase their Lantern redesigns and Media Law and Ethics will showcase their legal and ethical knowledge. Next week the multimedia iPad efforts of Writing and Editing for News will be on display, and I can’t wait to see them.

Congratulations to all students of the Autumn 2013 Kraft Comm Classes. Well done.
